Salma has extensive experience in advocacy. graduated in Neelain University in 1999 and called to the Bar in 2002.

Began working as a criminal law lawyer at the Legal Aid Department. After approximately four years, she worked as a legal advisor for the Sudanese Insurance Company.

She specializes in civil law mainly in construction and insurance, and employment claims.
