Currently, he holds two prominent positions: he is the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the esteemed Neelain University, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of legal practitioners, and he serves as the Director of the Legal Department at Fisal Islamic Bank, which is recognized as the second-largest bank in Sudan.

His academic credentials are extensive and reflect his deep commitment to the field of law. Dr. Al-Khlifa earned a Ph.D. in Commercial Law and Banking from Neelain University, where his research contributed valuable insights to the understanding of financial regulations. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Law and Management from Bangor University in the UK, which equipped him with a robust understanding of the intersection between legal principles and business management. Further enhancing his academic portfolio, he has obtained an MA in Translation from Juba University, an LLM in Public Law from Neelain University, and an LLB in Law also from Neelain University.
