Dr. Al-Khlifa is currently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Law at a prestigious Neelain University and as a Director of the Legal Department at Fisal Islamic Bank the 2nd largest bank in Sudan.

Abu-Obida holds a Ph.D. in commercial law and banking from Neelain University, MBA in Law & Management from Bangor University UK, MA in translation from Juba University, LLM in in Public law from Neelain University, and LLB in laws from Neelain University.

He specializes in banking and insurance laws, financial securities, and commercial law.
